Join us for the Living Well with Dementia Hornsby Community Forum, where we come together to support and empower individuals living with dementia and their families. This in-person event will be held on Monday 18th September 10 AM - 1 PM in Room 3, Hornsby Central Library 28-44 George Street, Hornsby.
At this forum, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space for open discussions, sharing experiences, and learning how to enhance the quality of life for those connected with dementia. Our keynote speaker, Professor Susan Kurrle, is a leading geriatrician and Dementia specialist who will share insights from her extensive research.
Whether you are a caregiver, family member, neighbour, or someone living with dementia, this forum offers an opportunity to talk to others who understand and can provide valuable support.
