Neighbour Aid

Neighbourhood Aid available through the Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre Ku-ring-gai Neighbour Aid program provides social support services for frail older people, people with disabilities and their carers to help them maintain their independence and remain living in their own homes. They otherwise may be prematurely admitted to permanent residential care.

Neighbour Aid is a Home and Community Care (HACC) program funded by the state and federal governments.

The Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre through its Neighbour Aid Program provides help with shopping and transport to essential medical and other appointments for the elderly and disabled residents of Ku-ring-gai.
