Everyone at KNC was saddened at the news of the death of our Chairman, John Bagley on June 30th 2018. John led our organisation with grace, dedication and skill through the many recent changes to the Aged Care system. He is survived by his wife Beverley and children Christine, Susie and Doug and their families. He will be greatly missed by all.
KNC is a voluntary organisation that provides services to the aged and disabled especially in the Sydney North region with centers based at St Ives, Berowra, Galston and Pennant Hills.
Who we are
KNC (previously Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre) is a not for profit community organisation located at St Ives Shopping Village, just outside Woolworth’s entrance. KNC has been providing information and services for community members since 1979. KNC encourages and enables the aged to identify opportunities and achieve their personal goals. Leadership in the planning, development and evaluation of services is provided for the aged and disabled.
Providing Case Management, Care coordination, Domestic, personal care and transport to assist older residents to remain independent at home.
On all local activities/services and Federal Aged Care services.
